The only books worth noting are 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 27 , a skill book for Speechcraft , found on a shelf against the wall between two of the doors to from the Hall of Wisdom, and Progress of Truth , found on the shelf to the left in the lobby area as you face the back area.
