Cheese the Chao is a character from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He is a neutral Chao owned by Cream the Rabbit and the twin brother of Chocola. He is always seen with Cream wherever she goes. Cheese is sometimes used by Cream as a powerful weapon against enemies.

He is often used as a method of attack by Cream in the many games they both appear in. Cheese is mostly referred to as male: In Shadow the Hedgehog , Cream asks Shadow to find Cheese in which she says, "You have to find him.

Cheese is the only Chao in the game that can't be attained from an egg, and is also the only Chao that has significance in a side-quest. Cheese is found in a cave that the player needs to climb to access it. When a deactivated G-merl later showed up, the robot was taken to Tails. There, Cheese helped Tails as he reprogrammed G-merl in the image of his predecessor 's friendly personality. Afterward, Cheese and Cream befriended G-merl, who came to live with them and Vanilla. They eventually met Amy and Big who revealed that they were looking for Sonic and Froggy respectively. The two were then nearly blown away themselves, but were saved by Big. However, Team Sonic gave them the slip. Getting to Casino Park , the team decided to find Eggman and thereby Sonic. While scrolling, Cheese and their team met Eggman's robot horde which they defeated. As they got to Rail Canyon , Cheese sensed Chocola nearby while their friends picked up on the others. As they later reached Eggman's base, Eggman attacked them in the Egg Albatross , but they beat him. After the fight, however, they learned the Eggman they fought was a copy and Froggy and Chocola were not there.

Suspecting that Eggman were behind their kidnappings, Team Rose decided to find Eggman to save their friends. Cheese finding Chocola at last, from Sonic Heroes. Continuing their journey through the jungle, Team Rose came across Team Chaotix who demanded that they handed Cheese over. After they escaped from Mystic Mansion , Team Rose found Eggman and his robot horde , but they defeated the latter.

There, they found Eggman in his Egg Emperor and beat him. Though their opponent turned out to be another fake, it released Chocola and Froggy, and Cheese was happy to reunite with Chocola. Later, Teams Rose, Sonic, Chaotix and Dark witnessed the return of Metal Sonic , the true kidnapper of Froggy and Chocola and mastermind behind the teams' adventures, who had been impersonating Eggman so he could follow them and copy their data for a plan to conquer the world himself, and saw him transform into Metal Madness.

Seeing that the teams had collected all the Chaos Emeralds , the real Dr. Eggman came up with the plan of using them against Metal Sonic.

Cheese and their team then stayed behind to stall Metal Madness with the others while Team Sonic prepared the Chaos Emeralds. Following the battle, Cheese and the rest of their team said goodbye to Amy as she resumed chasing after Sonic.

While inside, however, the pair got separated. Fortunately, Cheese was rescued by Shadow and Amy after they found then and Cream. Cheese meeting Emerl , from Sonic Battle. While they were on their own, however, Cheese, Cream and Emerl were taken hostage by Dr.

Eggman and brought to the Gimme Shelter as a part of a trap for Sonic. Fortunately, Cheese and their friends managed to free themselves after Emerl beat some Guard Robos , After the trio then managed to destroy some E Phis and take their Emerald Shards , Emerl managed to trick Eggman into revealing an escape route from the Gimme Shelter and the key needed to open it.

After getting the key for the escape route and some Emerald Shards from local Phis, Cheese and their friends reached the escape route , only to find Chaos Gamma guarding it. Though Cream got shaken, Cheese encouraged her to stand up and fight Chaos Gamma to help Emerl, giving them enough time to retreat to a safe spot where Cheese and Cream agreed to train in order to get strong enough to defeat Chaos Gamma and escape.

Once Cream seemed ready, the trio returned to Chaos Gamma and defeated him. They then took his Emerald Shard, which they joined together with the other shards to form a whole Chaos Emerald, which they gave to Emerl.

Eggman then arrived, but Cheese and their friends caught the doctor in one of his own traps, allowing them to contact Sonic and get him to pick them up.

Some time afterwards, Cheese and Cream met Emerl again, who had come to fight them so he could get to fight Shadow. Though they accepted, the duo was still defeated. When Eggman was defeated however, he fired the Final Egg Blaster, destroying some stars and causing Emerl to revert to his original, destructive programming. In the end, Sonic was forced to defeat Emerl, which led to Emerl self-destructing. Afterward, Cheese and Cream would mourn Emerl's passing, although Sonic would assure them that Emerl were still with them in the Emerald Shards.

Cheese and Cream meet Blaze , from Sonic Rush. While trying to approach her, Blaze noticed them, so Cream introduced Cheese and herself to her and asked for her friendship. Cheese then accompanied Cream and Blaze as the former took Blaze to her home. Over a cup of tea with Vanilla , Cheese and Cream learned that Blaze was looking for the missing Sol Emeralds so she could save her world. As it was arranged for Cream to become Blaze's guide, Cheese would accompany them.

While looking for and collecting the Sol Emeralds, Cheese and their companions met Knuckles , who ended buried under rocks after he grew suspicious of Blaze. Leaving Knuckles to himself, Cheese and Cream tried seeking out Sonic for help in spite of Blaze's protest. Following a chance encounter with Amy , Cheese followed her along with Cream and Blaze since Cream insisted that Amy could lead them to Sonic. When they found Sonic and Tails however, Blaze refused their help and left.

Following Blaze in spite of this, Cheese and Cream continued to accompany her as she managed to find six of the Sol Emeralds. They soon after met Amy again until Knuckles came to settle the score with Blaze. However, Cheese and Cream helped Blaze get away by flying off with her.

As Cheese and Cream got scared of hearing from their friends that both their dimensions were on the verge of vanishing due to Dr. Eggman and Eggman Nega 's mischief however, they were taken hostage by Dr. Eggman in order to lure Blaze into a trap. After Super Sonic and Burning Blaze had defeated the doctors and saved both dimensions, Cheese was with Cream while she cried over Blaze's departure.

However, the two cheer up after learning from Sonic that Blaze promised to come back. Cheese and Cream meeting Sonic in Dr. Eggman's Incredible Interstellar Amusement Park while out on a walk. Luckily, Sonic showed up in time to drive off the robotic duo. Cheese and Cream soon after found another Chao that they tried to protect from Cubot.

If you just came out of Omega's prison, fly to the ground and go to the Underground on the bottom of the map. Then go down the stairs and go through the door on the bottom right. Then go down, dodge the robot and go right again through the door.

Go to where you fixed the escelator and go up it. Then go to the left of the platform by dodging the Marauder and click fly. Once you're on the middle tower, jump off the yellow-y bit and go to the right of the red platform. Then fly. Then follow the red platform you're on now and then things go smoothly. Kill Ix first, then the others next to him.
