Go to My Library in Microsoft Store. When some apps or games are redeemed, they will take you to the product page where you can also download and install. Check your order history to see if it was already redeemed on your account.

If you have more than one Microsoft account, you might have redeemed it on the other one. Try signing in with your other Microsoft account and try redeeming again, or checking your order history. Check that you entered the code correctly. If the code was damaged, scratched, or warped in some way you may not be seeing the correct characters. If it's a physical code, try returning it to the place you purchased it from and explaining that it couldn't be redeemed. If it's a digital code, contact the person who sent it to you and explain that the code couldn't be redeemed.

If this code was a gift from another player, ask them to sign in to their Order history and select Cancel item. If the code is for content you already own, there are a couple of places you go to install your content.
