Can you use reincarnation in arena

At least then I can feel better about not having an immunity because of our vast toolkit if utility and multiple defensives. I agree with you on reincarnation.

Essential it spoke about how for whatever reason shaman class had been coded with the lowest baseline health of any class. They supposedly were given a buff to this but I still often feel significantly lower in health at equal gear levels to other classes.
